Coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.
The chemistry session is a relaxed 30-minute conversation to explore what’s bringing you to coaching, answer any questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. There’s no pressure to commit—it’s simply a space to begin.
Start by emailing me at terriscoachingspace.co.uk to arrange your free chemistry session. After that, I’ll send you booking and payment details.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations may be charged at the full rate.
